Key Responsibilities
• Lead the Spa operations
• Ensure smooth and effecitve communications within the Department
• Conduct departmental training to ensure the service standard is in place
• Conduct market research, keep up to date with market trends

Experiences and skills required
• A degree holder in Hospitality Management in related discipline
• CIBTAC or CIDESCO certification, or diploma, degree from relevant academy
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese, proficient in Putonghua would be a definite advantage
• 3 years' work experience in same job scope in 5-star hotel in Hong Kong
• Positive, highly motivated, team player and take on responsibility
