Spa Operations Supervisor

What you will be doing:

  • Reporting to the Spa Operations Manager, responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:

  • Consistently offers professional, engaging and friendly service
  • Develop and maintain positive working relationships with others
  • Listen and respond appropriately to employee concerns and questions. Address issues as they arise
  • Define expectations, provide feedback, holding team accountable and showing appreciation
  • Train, schedule, counsel, motivate and coach spa front desk and Sisley employees. Support team to reach common goals
  • Ensure uniform and personal appearances are clean and professional for all front of house employees.
  • Report all accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions to the Department Manager
  • Welcome and acknowledge all guests, anticipate and address guests’ needs
  • Provide excellent service and hospitality following the brand guidelines to both internal and external customers
  • Process spa reservation requests, changes, and cancellations received by phone, mail, email or in person
  • Review proper billing according to accounting policies (for promotions, packages, spa members, etc.)
  • Research and resolve group reservation conflicts, questions, and requests
  • Collaborate with Spa Operations Manager for continued guest experience process improvement
  • Respond to challenges and obstacles with confidence, teamwork results orientation and positive attitude
  • Troubleshoot, resolve, and document any guest issues and concerns and make proactive changes to process for future
  • Review all Group Resumes that have spa treatment blocks
  • Monitor Experience Coordinators daily tasks and checklists to ensure completion
  • Process Credit Card Authorization Forms
  • Answer any questions that Spa Coordinators may have
  • Assist with training and onboarding of new hires.
  • Perform both opening and closing MOD shifts as scheduled.
  • Assist with F&B ordering, process, and oversight.

  • Flexibility to respon to a range of different work situations
  • Ability to work on your own or in teams
  • Adhere to Fairmont Scottsdale Princess grooming guidelines
  • Constant standing and walking throughout shift
  • Proof of eligibility to work in the United States is required
