Primary Responsibilities主要职责 

• Create and lead the implementation of 12 month marketing plan. Identifying new business and marketing opportunities inclusive of social ,digital and events.
• Create the membership pricing structure for membership and promotion adapting to local market condition and hotel rates .
• Manage, train, and motivate all personnel reporting to wellness director.
• Serve as a link between the hotel and the spa industry.
• Act as a spokesperson for the Spa and the Brand.
• Direct and lead the day to day Spa operation ensuring all standards are followed.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                       
• 创建 12 个月市场营销计划并领导计划的实施。寻找新的生意和营销机会包含电子营销和活动。
• 跟进市场需求和酒店定价，制定会员推广价格和推广政策。
• 管理、培训、激励所有职位的员工向康体总监汇报工作
• 扮演酒店和水疗行业两者之间的桥梁链接角色
• 水疗及其品牌的代言人
• 统管和领导水疗部门的日常运营，确保遵循所有标准。

Knowledge and Experience知识和经验

• Good oral and written communication skills
• Min3-year experience in hotel engineering operation in similar capacity, preferably with international hotel chain
• Hotel Restaurant Management graduate
• Associate degree or above
• Experienced in all aspects of Spa and recreation service

• 至少3年酒店相关运做经验，最好具有国际连锁酒店工作经验
• 酒店管理专业毕业
• 全日制大专（含）以上学历
• 水疗和康体服务的各方面丰富经验
