Spa Treatment Supervisor

What Will You Be Doing:

• Maintain current knowledge of all spa services, pricings, offerings, schedules, specials and other services provided at the spa
• Assist with provider schedule oversight and maximization
• Complete weekly spa treatment room audits & inspections
• Assist with overseeing the proper training, implementation, and set up for all spa services at the spa
• Assist with maintaining vendor relationships for the spa and will uphold brand standards for services, products, protocols, and retail support
• Assist with product supply inventory, ordering and receiving
• Assist with coordinating and ensuring ongoing training, standardization of inventory and control procedures, quality control, site inspections, and future development according to the Spa Standard Operating Procedures
• Assist with Hiring, training, and manage service providers to be accountable for their actions and to be conversant in the business objectives
• Perform both opening and closing MOD shifts as scheduled
• Maintain a professional appearance at all times, adhering to departmental grooming standards and dress in full uniform constantly
• Practice professionalism in every situation with management, guests, and employees treating each person with respect and integrity
• Maintain positive guest relations at all times, including in-house guests, day guests, and telephone inquiries
• Other tasks and duties assigned by Spa Operations Manager

Your experience and skills include:

• Experience working in the spa industry
• Positive attitude
• Knowledge of Book4time and Microsoft office software is an asset.
• Good communication skills
• Committed to delivering a high level of customer service
• Flexibility to respon to a range of different work situations
• Ability to work on your own or in teams
• Adhere to Fairmont Scottsdale Princess grooming guidelines
• Constant standing and walking throughout shift
• Proof of eligibility to work in the United States is required
