• Responsible for maintaining and growing the success of the spa and InBalance gym

• Supervise, train and lead the spa & recreation team

•  Deliver spa services, fitness, including manicure ,skin care, reception desk, massage, yoga & aqua zumba

• Deliver exceptional customer service and high satisfaction

• Coordinate activities of the spa and InBalance Gym, swimming-pool program

• Achieve revenue goals to obtain optimum efficiency with a revenue manager approach

 • Supervise pool, deck and wellness areas cleanliness

• 3 years of experience in related field

• Degree in Hospitality Management/ Tourism preferred or Aesthetic health and spa

• Service registration certificate from the Ministry of Public Health/Certificate spa manager

• Good presentation and influencing skills

• Flexible and able to embrace and respond to change effectively

• Ability to work independently and has good initiative under dynamic environment

• Self-motivated and energetic

• Knowledge on massage, wellness and heathy products
