JOB DESCRIPTION

• Sets the tone for the guest experience and greets the guests with a smile and in a friendly manner, using the guest name.
• Operates as a concierge using salesmanship to promote the Hotel Spa facilities and able to answer all guest queries.
• Perform spa booking, cashiering function, bid guests’ farewell and invite them to come back.
• Check on guests’ satisfaction, attends to guests’ needs and complaints with proper follow up.

WORK EXPERIENCE

• Hospitality/Business Diploma/Degree an asset
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Must be able to work well under pressure in a fast paced and constantly changing environment.
