Responsibilities:

1. Translation, trans-creation, editing and writing of promotional copy, webpages, advertisements, video scripts, as well as technical materials, software applications and manuals;
2. Ensure accuracy, clarity, and consistency of tone in Spanish across all company contents;
3. Provide creative ideas and input on a variety of projects;
4. Effectively communicate highly technical information and concepts;
5. Work with an international team with exposure to a range of different marketing projects;
6. Capable of working independently, responsible, organized, and pro-active;
7. Good performance under pressure;
8. Working on website back-ends and helping uploading and coordinating materials in Spanish.

Requirements:

1. Spanish （Spain）, but experience in Latin-American markets is a plus;
2. 2+ years of translation experience at a top agency, international tech. company, or major technical publication;
3. Bachelor’s degree in translation, technical writing, Spanish language, communication, or another similar field;
4. Proficiency in English;
5. Strong understanding of editing techniques and experience adhering to corporate style guides;
6. Excellent attention to detail;
7. Experience with CAT tools;
8. Interested and knowledgeable in technology and the hi-tech industry;
9. Fast learner on new processes and software;
10. Previous experience in tech companies and other related industries is preferred;
11. Familiar with photography concepts and technology is preferred.
