The Spare Parts Clerk is in direct contact with our customers and provides Spare Parts Offers, Order Confirmations, Bonus Agreements, Free of Charge deliveries (Warranty Related) and coordinates the SAP related data capturing and the on time delivery of the sold goods to the customer to reach customer satisfaction.

Duties and Responsibilities 主要工作职责

• Creates Spare Parts Offers for our customers.

  向客户提供备件报价。

  
  

• Creates Order Confirmations for our customers.

  向客户提供订单确认。

  
  

• Creates Free of Charge deliveries in case of a warranty parts exchange.

  在质保期内向客户提供免费零配件更换服务。

  
  

• Coordinates the in time delivery of the goods to the customer.

• Monitors and creates Safety Stock in the SAP system to endure that special parts and necessary parts are faster available for our customers to reach customer satisfaction.

• Sell and creates Bonus Agreements in Spare Parts Sales together with our customers.

JOB REQUIREMENTS岗位要求

a) Education学历:

University Graduate with Bachelor Degree in Machinery or food sciences and related

本科学历（大学毕业生），机械或食品科学及相关专业

b) Experience工作经验:

2-5 years work experience in a related manufacturing environment in China.

在中国制造环境下2-5年工作经验

c) Competency and Skills 能力和技能:

• CET-4 or above with fluent oral and written English and Chinese ability

  大学英语四级以上、具有流利的口语和书面英语和中文能力

• Good interpersonal, communication, and Microsoft office skills

  有良好的人际关系、沟通能力和操作微软办公软件的技能

• Well-versed in foreign ERP system and concepts. SAP is advantageous

• Dynamic, self-motivated, strong sense of responsibility and communication skills
