Responsibilities:
Responsible for Quotes, Follow up, order handling in a timely manner
- Tracking the progress of customer complaint handling, and production department, purchasing department keep communication improve the efficiency of customer complaint handling
- Project specific investigations, liaising with factory, suppliers, customers and Reps
- Process all spare part and repair orders
- Process warranty claims and following up with customers and Reps to ensure defective parts to be returned to factory promptly
- Liaise with the forwarder for importation of spare parts
- Maintain all ERP related data, such as, Customer data, etc.
- Provide frequent Updates on spare part catalogue and price Lists
- Definition and conversion for sales promotions in the spare parts business
- Monitoring the overall Process and business, doing adjustments and improvements
- Stick to all ISO related rules and processes
Qualifications:
Bachelor Degree or above, major in Mechanical or electronically
Additional commercial education with some years of experience
3 years or above work experience in relevant function
Very good computer knowledge
Experience in use of ERP systems
Experience in a mechanical engineering company
Export knowledge advantageous
Good English language knowledge in written/oral
