1. According to HR Planning, TS and Customer Requirement, established and completed training system and policy and modified as require.

2. According to HR planning and the ability to improve the company's personnel needs and budget, develop a sound annual training plan, including new employee training programs and employee skills training program.

3. Be familiar with the job responsibilities of different departments and to understand the requirements and ability of the job to the professional ability matrix.

4. Ability to plan, organize and arrange different categories, different forms of employee training, and to analyze and evaluate the effectiveness of the training results.

5. As a lecturer, carry out various forms of training, can do 3 to 5 training courses in the major class.

6. Be familiar with the ISO/TS16949 and Customer Requirements.

7. Developing and implementing integration and orientation programs for new hires.

8. Other administration work support to business.

9. Other related tasks assigned by Manager.


REQUIRED EDUCATION

1. College degree or above, preferably major in Human Resource or related.

2. 3 to 5 years HR work experience, expertise in employee training or development, basic understanding on individual contributor and leadership development.

3. Self-motivate, high word independency and diligent attitude, Training and Development experience is preferred;

4. Familiar with MS Office, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

5. Good Command of English.
