1. Daily Disti/CS BL backlog management, ensure orders shipped against the Pld PGI/allocation
2. Work closely with internal cross functional team and Disti partners to resolve issues impacting revenue attainment
3. Manage communications and participate in customer meetings, develop trackers to effectively manage escalations and daily business activities/attainment levels
4. Work with customer to  streamline process for PO and supply commits, owner of team tasks
5. Implement solutions for specific/unique customer requirements
6. Provide cum delta analysis for customer reports and other ad hoc analysis

• University Degree.
• 5+ years relevant experience
• Experience with operational issues associated with order management, background in managing a sales order backlog, scheduling orders, solving daily customer problems.
• Experience in SAP/Oracle ERP.
• shipping/logistics process knowledge is important.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Package [Excel, Word, Internet Explorer, Outlook, PowerPoint].
