Job Description

 

  • Provide daily HR guidance to line management, facilitate, measure, and improve manager’s problem-solving and conflict resolution
  • Ensure all HR practices and programs implemented are in compliance with corporate guidance and support business teams to follow
  • Plans, designs, develops, coordinate and implements activities for all HR projects in such area as Employee Relations, C&B, audit and compliance etc. Continuously reviews and identifies ways to improve existing programs, develops changes in program to achieve objectives
  • Resolve complex employee relations issues and address grievances, handle grievance process/disciplinary processes
  • Make sure all of communication channels are effective
  • Support employee engagement survey and provide insights to business team for follow up
  • Monitor government regulations trend and make sure company compliance and site policies are effective
  • Establishes budgets and targets for assigned area of responsibility and manages them
  • Maintain the relationship with government officers
  • Other ad hoc job assigned by manager

 

 

Qualifications

 Education

  • Bachelor’s degree or above in sociology, psychology, human resource or equivalent
  • Master’s degree in related field preferred

Experience

  • 8 years’ experience and above in multi-national enterprise in relevant field
  • Demonstrate ability to exercise independent judgment and meet objectives
  • Ability to manage complex program/ projects and acquire necessary resources
  • Demonstrate ability to synthesize and conceptualize issues and develop and implement creative solutions.
  • Demonstrate ability to communicate effectively with a wide variety of people including senior management

General Skills

  • Strategic thinking on HR specialties such as Employee Relation, Communication and other HR services.
  • Strong communication skill in both English and Chinese
  • Good writing skill
  • Sound judgment
