Job Description
REQUIRED:
- Work closely with management in the implementation of corporate policies related to human resources, organizational and employee development in commercial department
- Consult with employees and managers to address root causes of human resources issues, attempting to resolve employee relations issues with a systematic approach
- Participate in company-wide programs and initiatives (e.g., compensation review, workforce planning and organizational change)
- Assist senior management in the development of solutions through organizational development and cultural and process-oriented perspectives
- Viewed as a strategic business partner, change agent, and member of the line management staff
- Selects, develops, and evaluates personnel to ensure the efficient operation of the function
- Think, act and work with business management to drive human resources related improvement initiatives
Qualifications
SKILLS:
The successful candidate will be a self-driven, highly motivated individual looking to learn and contribute to the human resources function of a mission-drive, global education organization. This person will be organized and have excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Further, this person must be resilient and reliable while demonstrating an ability to build a strong community culture within a global environment. This candidate will demonstrate strong data sensibility and be capable to take HR projects individually.
- Requires BS/BA degree or equivalent with 6 or more years of related experience
- Requires HR business partner experience.
- Strong HR knowledge in C&B, labor law, project management, etc.
- The ideal individual must have proven ability to achieve results in a fast moving, dynamic environment.
- Excellent communication (written and verbal) and organizational skills.
- Excellent planning and problem solving skills with the ability to work in a fast paced and limited resource environment.
- Managing multiple projects simultaneously with the ability to coordinate priorities and initiatives.
- Independent but a good team player.
- Self-motivated, passionate to work and dedicated to continuous improvement and growth;
