- Work closely with management in the implementation of policies related to human resources, organizational and employee development
- Consult with employees and managers to address root causes of human resources issues, attempting to resolve employee relations issues with a systematic approach
- Participate in company-wide programs and initiatives (e.g., retention program, compensation review, workforce planning and organizational change)
- Assist senior management in the development of solutions through organizational development and cultural and process-oriented perspectives
- Viewed as a strategic business partner, change agent, and member of the line management staff
- Selects, develops, and evaluates talent pool to ensure the efficient operation of the function
- Think, act and work with business management to drive human resources related improvement initiatives .
Qualifications
- BS/BA degree or equivalent with 8 or more years of related experience Requires HR business partner experience with business team.
- The successful candidate will be a self-driven, highly motivated individual looking to learn and contribute to the human resources function of a mission-drive, global education organization.
- This person will be organized and have excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Further, this person must be resilient and reliable while demonstrating an ability to build a strong community culture within a global environment.
- Data driven, good at data analysis. This candidate will demonstrate strong data sensibility and be capable to take HR projects individually.
PREFERRED:
- Semiconductor industry working experience is a plus.
- The ideal individual must have proven ability to achieve results in a fast moving, dynamic environment. Excellent communication (written and verbal) and organizational skills. Excellent planning and problem solving skills with the ability to work in a fast paced and limited resource environment.
- Managing multiple projects simultaneously with the ability to coordinate priorities and initiatives. Independent but a good team player. Self-motivated, passionate to work and dedicated to continuous improvement and growth;
