Job Description
REQUIRED:
- Work closely with management in the implementation of corporate policies related to human resources, organizational and employee development
- Ensure all HR practices and programs implemented are in compliance with corporate guidance and support business teams to follow
- Consult with employees and managers to address root causes of human resources issues, attempting to resolve employee relations issues with a systematic approach
- Participate in company-wide programs and initiatives (e.g., compensation review, workforce planning and organizational change)
- Plans, designs, develops, coordinate and implements activities for all HR projects in such area as Employee Relations, C&B, audit and compliance etc. Continuously reviews and identifies ways to improve existing programs, develops changes in program to achieve objectives
- Assist senior management in the development of solutions through organizational development and cultural and process-oriented perspectives
- Viewed as a strategic business partner, change agent, and member of the line management staff
- Resolve complex employee relations issues and address grievances, handle grievance process/disciplinary processes
- Monitor government regulations trend and make sure company compliance and site policies are effective
- Think, act and work with business management to drive human resources related improvement initiatives
Qualifications
SKILLS:
The successful candidate will be a self-driven, highly motivated individual looking to learn and contribute to the human resources function of a mission-drive, global education organization. This person will be organized and have excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Further, this person must be resilient and reliable while demonstrating an ability to build a strong community culture within a global environment, demonstrate strong data sensibility and be capable to take HR projects individually.
- Requires BS/BA degree or equivalent with 8 or more years of related experience
- Requires HR business partner experience, demonstrate ability to exercise independent judgment and meet objectives
- Strong HR knowledge in C&B, labor law, project management, etc.
- Ability to manage complex program/ projects and acquire necessary resources
- Demonstrate ability to synthesize and conceptualize issues and develop and implement creative solutions.
- Demonstrate ability to communicate effectively with a wide variety of people including senior management
- Self-motivated, passionate to work and dedicated to continuous improvement and growth
