• Familiar with ODM/EMS process is preferred
• Co-work with Asia planning/material planning firm build plan/release WO to CM daily
• Co-work with sales ops/CM to arrange shipment daily
• Co-work with PE/QA/NPI on new product qualification and ramp up
• RMA management from import to dispose
• Work with Asia planning, factory, logistics and operation teams to resolve issues

• SAP experience is MUST
• Bachelor degree or above
• Microsoft office - smart in excel
• At least 8 year experience in planning area
• Written and verbal communication skills in English
• Positive and adaptable approach for problem solving
• Logic thinking
