Job Descriptions:

• Prepare stock / order planning, order forecast and purchase orders
• Communicate with suppliers and follow up orders / shipments progress
• Handle shipping documents and liaise with logistics division
• Coordinate with marketing for sales projections and activities plans updates
• Review and monitor shipment costs
• Handle supplier invoices for payment settlement
• Raise claims on shipment discrepancies / damages
• Perform other daily routines of demand planning team

Requirements:

• Higher Diploma or above in business, supply chain or related discipline
• 1-2 years working experience in inventory management
• Familiar in using MS Excel, Word; with knowledge on SAP is preferred
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
• Candidates with less experience / fresh graduate may be considered as Assistant, Supply Planning
