As a member of the GenMed franchise team:
•Conforms to agreed planning and analyses processes
Builds Amgen’s capability in market analysis and planning.
Acts as a Veeva Super user, ACE SPOC in implementing Business Planning (POAs, segmentation, etc) and tracking of Country Accelerated Customer Engagement KPIs & Multichannel techincal tasks (Sales Force Marketing Cloud).

•Coordinates and supports SIP process from the SOP update through the consolidation of target setting for Onco-Hema & Gen Med, tests and uses the right assumptions for the Gen Med targets, the tracking of actuals v targets including the SIP payment calculation.
•Supports & coordinates with the Department Admin Coordinator the licensing evaluations (L2S).
•Prepares the quantitative competitive data from IMS SI & SO, PT NDA data basis.
•Shows proactive involvement in best practices (MS Teams, Miro, Tableau reporting) and shared approaches processes across audiences and products.
•Coordinates affiliate encompassing market research processes together with Marketing, Compliance and Regulatory Department.
•Based on commercial and financial teams’ input, develops an appropriate forecasting model and prepares with the other team members the proposed Budget / LE. Keeps a close connection with demand management teams and signals any demand deviations from the Budget for the Biosimilars.
•Evaluates, tracks and updates opportunities and risks included in the Budget presentation thought out the entire financial year for the GenMed business unit.
Use of the local BU business planning models (forecasting – MDR files and Diagnostics, LRP; uses Hyperion – Sales module as a back up for the Onco-Hema BPA)

•Develops market analyses in support of the product strategy.
•Delivers regular, as well as ad-hoc reports, analysis and support to the BU of Gen-Med
•Actively participates at Brand team meetings for the Gen-Med team,
•Acts as a back-up for the Onco-Hema BPA
Supports FM with any tasks or projects within the responsibility area of the roleMinimum Requirements
Academic/HBO level
Three-five years of relevant experience.
Fluent in English, both in oral and written communication.
Preferred Requirements
Strong Excel knowledge.
Experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
Knowledge of Veeva Sales Force system
Experience in the Digital & Omnichannel area
