What are my job responsibilities? • Delivers operational services in according to SLA in demanded quality and in accordance with company regulations and guidelines • Accomplishment and participation in compliance program and internal control activities • Support data completion in compliance with company rules and regulations of customers • Prepares documentation for auditors of particular customer • Daily communication with customers & external partners in agreed language(s) on professional level • Develops through professional know how of end-to-end business processes and interdependencies between them • Executes assigned tasks and activities with high efficiency and quality following the company and customer rules, regulations, policies and / or instructions • Demonstrates strong service delivery focus and implements new and updated processes • Participates in training activities and programs for new procedures, service extensions or enhancements • Provides dedicated GBS services from the global product catalogue within the own area of responsibility with high efficiency based on individual task descriptions • Prepares documentation for auditors of particular customer • Supports on transfer projects, integration/carve out projects, IT projects • Support /contributes to providing standard accounting services by processing transactions in line with company regulations and guidelines for a specific AFS service line • Supports and performs other assigned tasks as required What do I need to qualify for this job? • Possess Bachelor Degree in Accountancy or equivalent • 1 to 3 years of experience within service operations/service management area • Knowledge and Experience in Financial Accounting / Siemens Financial Reporting / Implementation Guidelines • Understanding SLA and KPI, escalation procedures, including Siemens compliance program, internal controls in the area of responsibility • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, VBA Macro is an advantage • Proficiency in SAP FICO functionality • Team player with the ability to work independently • Proficient in both written and spoken English We are an equal opportunity employer and value diversity at our company.
