What are my job responsibilities? Delivers operational services in according to SLA in demanded quality and in accordance with company regulations and guidelines Accomplishment and participation in compliance program and internal control activities Support data completion in compliance with company rules and regulations of customers Prepares documentation for auditors of particular customer Daily communication with customers & external partners in agreed language(s) on professional level Develops through professional know how of end-to-end business processes and interdependencies between them Executes assigned tasks and activities with high efficiency and quality following the company and customer rules, regulations, policies and / or instructions Demonstrates strong service delivery focus and implements new and updated processes Participates in training activities and programs for new procedures, service extensions or enhancements Provides dedicated GBS services from the global product catalogue within the own area of responsibility with high efficiency based on individual task descriptions Prepares documentation for auditors of particular customer Supports on transfer projects, integration/carve out projects, IT projects Support /contributes to providing standard accounting services by processing transactions in line with company regulations and guidelines for a specific AFS service line Supports and performs other assigned tasks as requiredWhat do I need to qualify for this job? Possess Bachelor Degree in Accountancy or equivalent 1 to 3 years of experience within service operations/service management area Knowledge and Experience in Financial Accounting / Siemens Financial Reporting / Implementation Guidelines Understanding SLA and KPI, escalation procedures, including Siemens compliance program, internal controls in the area of responsibility Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, VBA Macro is an advantage Proficiency in SAP FICO functionality Team player with the ability to work independently Proficient in both written and spoken English Organization: Global Business Services Company: Siemens Malaysia Sdn.
