Client Reporting, Performance - IC4 Acts as high level consultant/ advisor to clients regarding portfolio management and inquiries. Engages with clients to collect feedback used to improve client experience. Reviews reports created on client portfolio performance and provides feedback on online tools and reporting platform. Serves as a consultant and advisor in conducting high-level, highly-visible and sensitive reporting on risk management and portfolio performance. Fosters and maintains high level relationships with clients in order to provide feedback on portfolio performance and gather commentary on improving systems. Owns planning and implementation of improvements to systems used by associates to collect and report on client performance as well as systems utilized by clients. Provides guidance to less experienced associates on how to identify and address client needs. Implements improvement processes for all commercial aspects on Client Reporting. No direct reports. Provides guidance to less experienced team members and helps them to develop Client Reporting skills. Manages large, complex internal and external projects. Fosters and maintains client relationships. Assigns work to more junior level team members. Bachelors degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required. 7-10 years of total work experience preferred. Experience in trading or brokerage preferred.
