Job Description

  • Validate the trade entries to ensure accuracy in System against deal blotters and Trade Recap
  • Identify and evaluate potential contractual terms mis-matches for purchase and sales contracts
  • Work with traders to understand their strategies in retaining/ optimizing value through such mis-matches and incorporate such contractual terms in the drafting of the physical contract to protect Anglo’s interest
  • Maintain price fixing and sending pricing confirmation to customer
  • Manage approval process to deliver timely and accurate returns within the governance framework
  • Follow up on KYC and Masterdata setup with internal counterparties
  • Follow up on 3rd party warehouse inventory report/ Statement for inventory reconciliation
  • Performed Backup support for other CMT team in AARTC, (E.g. Iron Ore)

Qualifications

  • A relevant degree (desirable)
  • Experience with contract documentation, warranty trades, LME/ SHFE/ bonded/ domestic warehousing experience, preferably in the PGM and Base Metals (key focus)
  • Experience of managing credit risk using trade finance instruments such as letters of credit (highly desirable). 
  • Knowledge of sales operations (desirable)
