Job Description

Description: As a member of the NA Sales organization, the Regional ISR brings process knowledge to the Regional Sales teams that adds value to the FSE mission and enhances the customer experience.  A successful Regional ISR will demonstrate the ability to be a team player by helping to solve problems and complete tasks as brought to them by others.

 

Duties and responsibilities include:

  • Branch level and general distribution support for the assigned region.
  • Support distribution reporting requirements and help solve pricing & registration issues.
  • Quoting assistance for Focus customers in region
  • Support regional data reporting requirements using Qlikview.
  • Work with customers, field engineers and planning to collect and share direct customer forecasts, including CFIT maintenance.
  • Second level expedite support – work with planning and sales.
  • Samples processing as needed.
  • Account set-up & maintenance in support of MSD
  • Splits /DAR Rules
  • Regional add-ons as defined by the team (RSM and FSEs) – General field support for Broad Market.

 

Qualifications:

  • Service-oriented individual with a four year Bachelor's Degree or equivalent working experience in lieu of degree.
  • 3-5 years’ experience in a customer-facing role, with semiconductor industry experience strongly preferred.
  • Able to work independently to solve difficult problems.
  • Strong communications skills and presentation skills.
  • Strong Excel skills.
  • Knowledge of SAP is a plus.
