Full Stack developer – Shared Services technology

BNY Mellon Tel Aviv is an exciting R&D center founded on the base of a start-up company purchased by the bank, focusing on developing new products and providing technological enhancements for existing products in the bank.

Currently our site includes 25 employees with a plan to substantially grow, doubling the headcount in 2020 to 50 employees. Our new stunningly designed and well-equipped office is situated in the middle of Tel Aviv, only 5 minutes away from the Shalom train station.
BNY Mellon is looking for a highly skilled Backend developer with proven experience with Java and has some knowledge on Angular. Typical daily activities include: working closely with product management in an agile development process, brainstorming exciting new ideas and concepts.

Qualifications

Requirements Skillset: • 3+ years experience in server side development Java  • 3+ years experience in development of server-side applications in Java using maven, spring boot, Oracle, MongoDB & Elastic Search • Need to build / upgrade API Infrastructure to support next generation technologies including Streaming of data • Capable to adapt to emerging technologies • Self-driven and able to mentor developers • Good analytical skills to troubleshoot the problems • Consults with and technical teams to provide appropriate application software development services and technical support.  • Understanding of performance, data security, large scale deployment, continuous integration, unit testing • Excellent communication skills and a strong desire to work with both technical and non-technical audiences • Experience with front end frameworks such as Angular, React, Vue -
