– Assists the EH&S manager and Branch manager to implement a safe behavior management process, encouraging employees' involvement in EH&S, to provide Schindler employees with a safe and healthy working environment

协助HO EH&S经理和分公司总经理执行安全行为管理过程，鼓励雇员参与到安全与健康的环境的建设中，为迅达雇员提供安全与健康的工作环境

– Assists Front Line management to prepare EH&S training and SH talks for technicians, and conducts SH training

– 协助一线经理制定面向现场人员的环境、安全与健康培训和讨论计划，并开展环境、安全与健康培训

– Gives feedback to employees

– 给予雇员反馈信息

– Investigates incidents and analyses root causes, and reports to BGM and EH&S manager

– 对事故进行调查并分析其根本原因，并向分公司总经理和HO EH&S经理做出汇报

– Collects and analyzes incident statistics for reporting in ESI to evaluate the effectiveness of EH&S processes

– 搜集并分析分公司所报告的事故统计数据，以评估分公司EH&S过程的有效性

– Conducts site EH&S inspections and observations (Safety Walks) in conjunction with Front Line management, according to local legislation, providing feedback, documenting findings and assuring corrective action for unsafe practices or conditions observed

– 依照当地法规规定，与一线经理一起开展现场环境、健康与安全检查和安全巡视，给予反馈信息，记录巡视结果，确保对所查明的不安全的实践或情况进行整改

– Advises management on the observance by employees of EH&S processes

– 就雇员遵守环境、健康与安全过程事宜向分公司管理层提供建议

– Escalates relevant issues to the EH&S manager, if necessary

– 如有必要，则将相关事宜上报HO环境、健康与安全经理

– Represents Schindler in local contacts with legal agencies / insurance companies when requir

– 需要时，代表迅达与当地法律机构/ 保险公司进行接洽

– Attends EH&S sub-committee meetings

– 出席分公司安全与健康委员会会议

– Conducts and documents EH&S Risk Assessments

– 开展并记录环境、健康与安全风险评估

– Meets and maintains compliance with all legal requirements of the SH system, including those related to his or her own qualifications

– 保证使环境、健康与安全系统符合所有法律规定，包括与其自身的资格相关的各项规定

– Reviews and maintains the hazard inspection checklist for office and workstations

– 审核并保留办公室和工作场所的不安全行为检查清单

– Supports the EH&S manager in reviewing the SH Management System

– 在评审环境、健康与安全管理系统的过程中给HO安全与健康经理提供支持

– Communicates internally fatal-accident reports published by the EH&S manager and implements any associated action plans

– 对HO环境、健康与安全发布的恶性事故报告进行内部交流，并执行所有的相关整改措施

– Uses ESI Reporting Tool to collect incident details, accident investigation reports, Safety Walks and audits

– 利用ESI报告工具搜集意外的详细信息、事故调查报告、安全巡视和安全审核
