Participates in the development and implementation of a Q-strategy in the plant and in the technology, as well as their securing in the Q-Management System.

Ensures the effectiveness of the QMS through supporting regular audits (system and process audits).

Manages the Q-steering in RK0 and RK1.

Ensures the quality goal achievements of the Technology as well as the plant (eg. Rework / DPR / Dpu) as well as the Technology Quality KPIs.

Represents / support the plant with technical actions at the relevant committees.

Ensures the technical and methodological procedures for technical regulations (such as ISO 9001) as well as internal procedural and work instructions.

Responsibility specific to EE (Electronics / Electrical)

Optimises existing procedures such as E/E test sequences and process changes.

Working together with the relevant planners to help initiate changes in the ZMD (plan times) within his own functional section.

He/she is a permanent representative of assembly in the appropriate TI-54-R /TP-41/42, TX-48-R1/R2 teams where he plays an active role.

Works on projects, special duties and benchmarks where necessary and manages his own projects.

Liaises on complex, inter-departmental or internal problems and/or quality topics to the TI-54-R /TP-41/42, TX-48-R1/R2 teams.

Bachelor degree , Electrical Engineering or equivalent with EE focus (eg Autotronics)

Minimum 3 years experience in Auto-electronics. 

Minumum 3 years experience in an Automotive industry.

Knowledge of Quality management principles and processes.

Knowledge of the relevant BMW systems - IPSQ, PQM, Zedis, Air, Esys, HTML pages, Splunk, IQP, etc.
