About the job

The position role should handle the projects proactively, execution support and operative activities related to BAU(business as usual). Main point of contact between local country’s BAU processes and Report Liaison.

Responsibilities

• Bring support to the Report Liaison's requests.
• Intermediate to advanced level of the GRC's basic software (Nielsen Answers Desktop, DIPE, Salesforce…)
• Ability to modify/adapt a deliverable according to Salesforce requests received.
• Run the assigned reports to be delivered to both internal/external clients.
• Run quality checks in the BAU deliverables in order to ensure the standards parameters according to GRC's policies.
•  Use the different Niesen's official tools to deliver reports (Answers Portal, Google Drive, etc) according to the GRC's policies.
• Keep updated the playbooks.
• Execution role of BAU local/regional projects with no supervision

About you

With your critical thinking and contribution, you like to develop operation procedures and performance measurement to drive operational excellence. You also engage in cross team jobs.

• Background studies in the below areas: Computer Science, Marketing, Business Management or related
• Ability to build/modify basic reports requests
• Ability to detect error or quality escapes in deliverables
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Under pressure handling skills
• Ability to interact with other areas/departments
