Mobility is the goal

• Providing and analysis regular HR reports for HRs

• Providing data analysis ad-hoc report base on the business requirement

• Assist in design, develop, testing new customized report in reporting system (SQL base).

• GM/PM, RCM, LMS, Succssion, Reporting module supporting in Successfactors.

• Integration supporting from SAP, ADP to HR Reporting system.

• According to KPI data quality report, work closely with HR SSC team for data cleansing.

• Assist HRIS manager for implementing kinds of HR related module/system in Zone China.

• Working closely with local IT team and global HRIS team.

• Routine support other HR system/applications in the comp

• Serve as a subject matter expert and a point of contact to the business HR team

Mobility needs you

• Excellent reporting & analyzing skill, with strong logical and reasoning ability

• Excellent Microsoft office skills, especially Excel data processing and PPT. Excel Marco is a plus.

• Experience in SAP HCM is a must.

• Knowledge of SQL server is a plus.

• Experience in Successfactors is a plus.

• Detail oriented and result driven

• Good English skill in both spoken and written

• Have passion to work collaboratively and effectively cross-functional

• Bachelor’s degree or above

• At least 2 years of working experience in HRIS/Data analysis
