Job Description
- Responsible to develop, maintain and lead DevOps Hub South Africa’s portfolio.
- Define growth and descoping potentials within the existing Hub portfolio.
- Manage Headcounts and topic allocation for the entire DevOps Hub South Africa.
- Carry out research and analysis in support of BMW Group IT’s strategy, including local strategies and strategic planning processes.
- Responsible for multi project management, construction, integration and implementation.
- Draw up implantation strategies towards achieving set targe for E2E levels within the portfolio.
- Generate transparency on the progress of recruitment and E2E levels within the portfolio and report to the relevant committees.
- Transparent project management, finance and progress reporting, including proactive correction and escalation management.
- Represent and influence DevOps Hub ZA strategy management processes, supporting systems and standards.
- B Comm. / BSc degree in Business or Information Technology or Engineering or equivalent work experience.
- 3-5 years working Experience in Engineering, Manufacturing, Automotive, Science, IT or related industries.
- 2+ years of experience in Management with exposure to Engineering or Manufacturing, IT, Sales and Marketing and Financial Management or Commercial functions.
- 2+ years’ experience in international projects or working on international assignments.
