You will be responsible for setting up and providing technical support for Workspace solutions for offices and production end devices, including hardware, software and services for users from all the locations of Plant Debrecen.

Your work will focus primarily on:

-    Coordinating daily operations of workspace systems and maintenance of IT Equipment Infrastructure such as personal computers, output management   and other IT End User devices, including life cycle management.
-    Managing local service providers, contracts and resources in support of the efficient and effective delivery of all services. 
-    Verifying execution of and adherence to standard operational procedures and processes of Workplace Solution and ensuring the highest level of end user experience.
-    Providing technical recommendations and support of IT end user workplace devices, tools and/or, related software consistent with the BMW Group IT standards.
-    Running complex operational/technical projects and ensures long-term requirements of Workplace Systems management and planning as main point of contact for Workplace Operation topics of Plant Debrecen.
-    Maintaining and developing reports to ensure SLA’s are met and all processes are followed.
-    Staying up to date on future innovations, technical trends and applies this to direct future changes.

-    University degree in Computer Science / Electrical Engineering or any Engineering fields. 
-    Minimum 5 years of technical experience in IT to include experience with computer infrastructure in the area of setting up end devices for production (scanners, tablets, mini computers, printers, screens) and desktop software.
-    Proven knowledge and experience working in the agile working model and the ITIL Framework.
-    Familiarity with ITSM tools (i.e. BMC Remedy, HP Service Center, IBM ISM or Service Now), desktop software and operating systems: Microsoft, Linux, Virtual Machines.
-    Readiness to work on-call duty.
-    Vendor management and strong communication skills with analytical thinking and structured working method.
-    Intermediate English and Hungarian both written and spoken, German language is an advantage.
