We are looking for a Specialist Infrastructure Cloud Services - Program/Project Delivery based in Pune, India. We are currently seeking an IT Infrastructure – Cloud Program Delivery Project Manager to join our Infrastructure Services Organization. This role will report to the Manager of Infrastructure Cloud Delivery and the primary purpose of this role is to manage and deliver the IT Infrastructure delivery of Cloud-focused activities for Eaton. A successful candidate in this role will utilize various project management methods including Agile (Scrum/Scrum Master, Kanban, etc), Waterfall, and Hybrid approaches to effectively manage projects in this space. You will work across IT Infrastructure Services products and closely with Cyber Security as well as other areas within IT, to ensure IT planning and execution of projects in the Infrastructure Cloud Services Organization. You will be responsible for architecting an overall IT infrastructure approach and design with focus on accelerating speed & quality of how we transition workloads from our on-prem environment to the public cloud. Candidates would be responsible for defining Infrastructure designs, approaches, structures and ensuring efficiency in leveraging internal teams (where necessary) and/or managed services, while continuously seeking ways to improve efficiency in execution. The ideal candidate would also support the development and implementation of program management methods, tools and processes; specifically related to the infrastructure components of the cloud migration and technical debt programs. Your primary responsibilities will be to Initiate, Plan, Control, Execute, and Close project deliverables, while ensuring proper communications to key stakeholders. Responsibility will include communication of progress on deliverables, schedule status and budget, managing and mitigating risks and challenges, ensuring quality on deliverable, all while executing on-time, on-budget and to the customer(s)/business(es) satisfaction. • Support the strategy, direction and execution path for IT Cloud Services needs for large-scale programs, projects • Build Program/project plan; effective WBS, critical path (duration, dependencies and successors), resource assignments/availability, effort (hours), timeline, no red lines, no question marks., include mitigation of risk to complete the defined deliverables • Track and communicate key metrics, deliver on-time and on-cost • Provide a single point of contact to deliver advice, guidance, and the rapid response for issue management and escalation – be relentless in desire to execute, deliver and mitigate challenges, risk • Ensure Cloud Services program/project profit plans, budgets and forecasts are appropriate, accurate and commitments are delivered • Define and develop the organization, associated roles and sourcing strategies to develop a high-performing approach/team • Drive execution excellence, collaborating across broad group of IT and business internal and external stakeholders, in addition to Managed Service providers • Manage vendors to deliver on commitments including hardware/software delivery. Additionally, manage large RFP/SOW/Contracts. • Ensure successful delivery of program by architecting, staffing, governing, utilizing the appropriate delivery methodology (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid) based on situational needs • Develop communication strategies and lead communications with senior executives and key stakeholders globally • Drive and manage the continuous improvement of team activities and culture, applying lessons learned and enhancing playbooks, tools, templates and processes • Evolve and continually improve the interdependencies between business models, operating practices and sourcing strategies, integrating waterfall, iterative, and agile delivery models, and use of internal and external resources into one cohesive delivery strategy to best meet the Cloud Services roadmap & business needs • Provide thought leadership and insight regarding industry trends, their applicability to Cloud Infrastructure services all while driving improvements into the organization. Qualifications Requirement: Requires 7 years IT project management experience, preferably managing virtually in a global environment, Extensive experience leading remote project teams with cross-cultural and multi-continent internal and external project resources Proven experiencing of exhibiting a digital mindset through fostering agility and innovation. Proven experience in working and influencing VP and SVPs in IT and business functions. Technical Knowledge: '- Strong project management background, including knowledge in PMI and Scrum methodologies and product centricity. PMP, PRINCE2, Agile project management, Scrum, Kanban, DevOps, certification strongly preferred. - Strong knowledge of technology, Strong technical knowledge in infrastructure services, including fundamental IT infrastructure components and relationships between disciplines. - A solid understanding of how work could impact data center infrastructure (power, cooling, floor space) or cloud capacity, cybersecurity posture, systems, networks, storage, databases and applications. - Digital toolset experience ideally ServiceNow, power BI, Jira, Confluence, etc. Soft Skills: '- Advanced understanding of the overall business or function funding the initiative(s), May be A SME in one or more areas - Advanced understanding of organizational structure (business and IT) - Intermediate understanding of the business Strategic Plan - Intermediate to an Advanced understanding of some of the business processes at Eaton or A prior Company - Strong ability to build teams to support complex projects. - ability to influence parts of the organization without A direct reporting relationship, Executive presence and communication skills, relationship building and influence - ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. - Skilled at delegating tasks as needed to manage multiple projects. - Outstanding problem-solving abilities and A continuous improvement mindset - organizational change management skills - ability to motivate and mobilize teams, to operate with speed and flexibility, navigate the turns, and display A global perspective with cultural awareness.
