Job Description

The role is responsible for supporting the overall team goals by providing support and direction to the JMS and supporting the PZ-AP-ZA Management Team.

 

You will act as an interface between the various departments and participate in objective and targets setting process. You will promote continuous improvement through implementation of the JMS requirements and co-ordinate and participate in the risk assessment process. You will maintain all legal and system appointments and monitor and confirm inspections and checks required legally and in the JMS are maintained. You will confirm that JMS relevant documentation and records are retained. You will facilitate Change Management Process – Coordination of submissions and collating feedback from stakeholders. You will facilitate Document Management System document publications related to the Joint Management System and interface with the respective departments. You will participate in Recordable Incident Management process. You will participate in Internal, Group and external certification audits. You will conduct internal Departmental JMS Audits – Level III. You will analyse information obtained through incident-, audit reports, meeting discussions, establish trends and propose action required to reduce risk and to prevent reoccurrence. You will maintain JMS Statistics for the department you are assigned to reflecting performance and ensuring this is communicated to management as prescribed. You will be responsible for coordinating JMS training requirements based on the job functions reflected in the JMS. You will facilitate and co-ordinate closeout of corrective and preventive actions related to incident investigations and audit findings. You will actively support the principle of ZERO Harm or Loss. You will participate in surveys and audits as prescribed legally and or in the JMS.
