Experience 5-8 Years Responsibilities Design and execute a variety of marketing materials including webpages, landing pages, social media assets, one-sheeters, PowerPoint presentations, event collateral, emails and everything in between. Partner closely with marketing to understand strategy, business goals, timelines, planning, to inform your designs from concept to execution Help support and evolve our visual brand identity systems and guidelines Create high-quality work that’s on-brand and on-strategy across all channels and mediums Present creative concepts and designs to cross-functional teams for review and concept ideation Desired Skillsets § Excellent communication skills to understand key messages and to participate in discussions with US-based team around marketing objectives for each assignment. § Experience designing across print, digital, illustration and motion graphics § Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign required. § Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and can adapt to changing deadlines and priorities § An eye for detail with a no-compromise attitude towards quality. § Proficiency in Figma preferred. § Video-editing proficiency preferred. § Motion deign is a plus, but not required.
