Responsible for invoice processing and supplier onboarding

Job Description :

Fee & Invoice Verification :

1.    Raise Purchase Order (PO) payments on behalf of the contract owners/requestors in ARIBA system.
2.    Send Non Purchase Order (Non-PO) payment requests on behalf of the contract owners/requestors to Finance Ops Team (MYSSO Ops).
3.    Work together with GFS Service Desk, MYSSO Ops and Bank when there is a failure in the payment.
4.    Monitor payment status, work together with the MYSSO Ops and follow up with the relevant party.

Procurement :

1.    Ensure completeness of the vendor on boarding documents and send the complete set of documents to AIASG Procurement Team.
2.    Fill in the supplier maintenance form online for extension of vendor and changes of vendor details.

Invoice Processing :

1.    Check reasonableness of invoices for funds-related expenses such as management fees, custodian fee, fund administrator fees against internal records
2.    Allocate the expenses to the relevant portfolios based on agreed driver
3.    Arrange prompt payment of the invoices and monitor payment status
 

Job Requirements :

Education

• Degree (or equivalent) in Business Administration, Accounting, Banking or Finance

Experience

• Minimum 2 years of working experience in Investment Operations and/or Accounts Payable with a bank, asset management company or funds services company.

Other skills

• Advanced Excel knowledge.

• Meticulous and detailed oriented

• Team player

• Ability to work independently and to proactively seek guidance from others as needed

• Good communication skills, fluent in spoken and written English

• Good numerical skills
