Job Responsibilities:
- Teach assigned lessons by HOD/Principal.

- Collaborate with the team to develop school-based curriculum.

- Initiate and lead various Interdisciplinary Programs and After School Activities.

- Establish and maintain effective working relationships with staff, students and parents.

- Introduce western pedagogies and other effective approaches to local faculty.

- Take the role of Interdisciplinary Program Coordinator if desired and qualified.

Qualifications:
- A minimum of two years teaching experience in relevant subject area (elementary level preferred).

- Experience in teaching ESL/EAL students in China or abroad is a plus.

- Experience in curriculum development is a plus.

- Respect for different cultures and values.

- Love for education and students.

- Readiness to work in a changing and developing environment.

- Some proficiency in oral Chinese Mandarin would be an advantage but is not a requirement.

Benefits:

- Salary between 18,000 - 23,000 RMB / month (Approx. 2680 USD to 3,400 USD, or 2,000 GBP to 2,600 GBP / month)
