Job Description

 

•As a Policy & Communications Advisor you will be an expert in Payroll processing with a strong understanding of legislative topics. Support the Payroll team with the regular monthly activities, from emails to inputs and controls.
•You will provide HR Services perspective on UK HR policies, attend relevant circles, drive change and promote standardisation and harmonisation in process. Ensure policies are maintained on the HR Portal.
•You will be working to standardise ways of sharing HR Services updates across all UK sites and schedule regular communications on key HR topics. Promote HR Services. Act as an expert on policies, provide training and updates to the HR Services team.
•Support the roll out of the digital roadmap and identify where new technology would support/enhance.


•Strong UK Payroll experience
•Ideally possess a Membership of Professional Institution (e.g. CIPP) is desirable.
•Good analytical skills and organized in a problem-solving environment
•Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills
•Attention to details, precision oriented
•Strong Excel skills
•Experience of working both cross-function and/or internationally
•Ability to work independently and able to adopt a proactive approach
