Responsible for successful implementation of new product launches and product-related projects to support sales and business growth targets of the company

• Gather requirements from the business users to support the end-to-end product implementation e.g. systems build, processes, workflows etc.

• Draw up workflows &/or processes to support the business requirements

• Liaise with all delivery teams to facilitate the understanding and clarifications of the business requirements

• Liaise with the business users and draw up the Users Acceptance Test (UAT) plan and the test cases

• Conduct UAT alongside with the business users

• Manage agenda and discussions at Product Implementation Committee

• Provide pre-launch and post-launch support for all product launches and product-related initiatives.

• Participate in ad-hoc projects/tasks that require product support such as sales tool enhancement, digital initiatives

• Ensure compliance to regulations and adherence to business standards for all product launches
