What you’ll do

• Responsible for providing timely and professional daily support for product safety related inquiries for the Sales in APAC-area, working closely with Sourcing and Product Development.
• Maintain the case workflow of product safety inquiries and documentation according to the agreed process and tools.
• Form answers and statements to am. customer/ end-user questions based on the knowledge from regulatory and industry requirements, raw material supplier data and test results.
• Follow-up regulatory requirements regarding Product Safety in APAC area and work with Product Development to convert this knowledge to improvement actions.
• Manage needed settings and documentation in external product safety systems, eg. the IMDS system
• Collaborate with global product safety network

Who you are

• You have minimum Bachelor degree in Chemistry
• You have knowledge about UPM Raflatac end uses, products and raw materials, experience in Product Development is valued
• You have knowledge about chemical and product safety related legislation and industry standards
• You have knowledge about how to use UPM Raflatac IT-systems, like the RaflaTrack, SalesForce and RafGO this one to internal search only
• You are service-minded
• You have ability to work systematically, thoroughly and in a documented way
• You have ability to work independently and with a team, good co-operation and networking skills
• You have good (English and Chinese) communication and interpersonal skills
