You will develop and maintain PMO standards and tools. You will help define and build a framework to equip the organization in executing the agenda; including tracking, reporting, and maintaining accountability across the full portfolio of initiatives aligned to our strategic agenda- The Future of Custody. The successful candidate will: Assist in the development of a Data management strategy for the PMO, leveraging firmwide tools and executing customized development where needed Design a data model that supports the processing from multiple sources supporting demand intake, Roadmap, backlog management, and management reporting (e.g. weekly, monthly, quarterly) Define data sources ensuring that the PMO is compliant with governance standards and leveraging consistent data with Operations and technology partners. Develop and end to end data architecture ensuring tools are robust to handle hundreds of users globally inputting and exporting data Build communication tools (e.g. PMO SharePoint and confluence) sites for the management of POD and Commercial Client engagement and communications build and maintenance of governance and project reporting Assist in the socialization of new procedures to the wider organization including partners in technology and operations Ensure compliance with firmwide governance, regulatory, risk and audit Work across the teams to identify & resolve resource, planning or prioritization gaps that will hinder execution. Supporting Program & Project financial management activities – including forecasting/budgeting, resource allocations, and reconciliations. Produce project materials that are on target, on time and of the highest quality standards Experience & Qualifications: The ideal candidate should have 5+ years of work experience from within Financial Services Prior experience working within a PMO or a Data/Reporting function desired Strong academics with a minimum bachelor’s degree Results-oriented person combined with sense of urgency and ownership Proven analytical ability, particularly for project reporting, and presenting data in an easily digestible format for management consumption Prior experience with an agile methodology, complex technology, and operational infrastructures Technical skills: Data modeling and strategic design Experience in designing and building management reporting, dashboards with data visualization tools (such as Tableau, Crystal Reports, Power BI) Confluence, SharePoint Development Experienced with Jira, Jira Advanced roadmaps /Blueprint (desired) Advanced use of all Microsoft Office tools (e.g. excel macros/ pivot tables, ppt) Qualifications Strong academics with a minimum bachelor’s degree BNY Mellon is an Equal Employment Opportunity Employer.
