Selection of suitable test and analysis methods for testing or identification of cause(s) on the total vehicle.

Reports to Test Manager (T-EFA) / T-EE Integrator / launch viability sign-off (T-AGF).

Training in customer and system functions.

Development and further development of test and analysis methods and tools for customer and system functions in cross-plant collaboration in Fachteams.

Identify and evaluate product and process risks early on.

Creation of project checklist (PCL, selection of test cases).

Development of validation and variant planning (in cooperation with test manager (T-EFA) / launch viability sign-off (T-AGF).

Perform, document and evaluate vehicle intensive test / launch viability tests.

Analysis of the causes of total vehicle errors in the PMP incl. planning, performance, documentation and handshake of the analysis results.

Create message in PMP and perform sensor calibration.

Development of proposed solutions / potential for improvement regarding immediate measures for product + process.

Support the development departments in the testing of problem solutions.

Recording of improvement potentials and documentation in the framework of requirements management process.

Minimum requirements:

B.Eng. Degree (Electronics, Mechatronics or equivalent)

Specialist training in automotive engineering electrical field

Knowledge of vehicle assembly i.e., production processes related to E/E.

Knowledge of quality control processes.

Knowledge of relevant E/E component manufacturing and supplier processes.

Good vehicle driving skills and ability to give an appropriate judgment simultaneously.

Several years as an engineer in an automotive analysis & test environment.

Project Management & Leadership Experience.

Knowledge of production quality methods
