WHAT AWAITS YOU?
• As the Recruitment Specialist your main responsibility will be to ensure all vacancies across the Production Network are filled in a timely manner with candidates aligned to hiring manager requirements.
• Focusing on excellent customer service, you will continuously improve interview, screening and assessment processes and content to ensure optimal talent attraction and retention.
• You will train and support all line managers during the recruitment and selection processes to ensure high levels of consistency and competency throughout the UK.
• You will co-ordinate, monitor and control all recruitment processes in line with the business recruitment roadmap. In line with this you will communicate regularly with your stakeholders and will be required to give updates on your progress.
• You will deliver against SLA’s and KPI’s and relevant targets at local business and Group level. This will include ensuring the provision of analytics and reporting which support proactive management of service delivery and budget management.
• You will support and guide third party providers in the provision of service i.e. Master Vendor, PSL providers.
• Qualified to NVQ Level 5 or equivalent (e.g. Degree, Membership of Chartered Institution) preferably in Human Resources / Business Management.
• Knowledge of employment law, recruitment and selection techniques, processes and procedures is essential.
• Evidence of the ability to work in a high volume environment whilst maintaining attention to detail.
• An ability to demonstrate proven project management, budget management and organisational skills.
• A qualification in personality and ability online assessment is desirable (preferably SHL).
• A good understanding of Microsoft Office.
