Responsible for preparing all reporting and analysis and distributing to stakeholders, and the compliance with professional standards, AIA group reporting policy and statutory and regulatory requirements

• Assist manager to ensure that all reporting and analysis services including month end, quarter end, half year end and year end reporting in relation to business partner support role are provided on a timely basis without compromising the work quality and comply with AIA accounting procedures and applicable accounting requirements.
• Assist stakeholders in recording and reporting of costs and recharges, analyse the costs and recharges, assist manager in carrying out monthly actual cost review with stakeholders.
• Monitor the billing and recharge mechanism.
• Support stakeholders in budgeting process and involve in the discussion with stakeholders in relation to recharge mechanism.
• Support stakeholders in handling queries/requests from different business units in relation to finance.
• Assist manager to monitor the overall financial position of business unit and assist local finance team in statutory audit.
• Involve in enhancements and improvements for the current systems and processes to meet the challenges and needs of stakeholders in relation to the business partner support role.
• Engage and manage projects for any development, design, and implementation of new processes, controls, and functionality changes to existing systems in relation to the business partner support role, management reports, local regulatory reports and financial statements to improve current processes, controls and overall effectiveness of the team.
• Responsible to ensure the development and update of Control Checklist and Training Materials as and when new enhancements are identified, implemented and communicated.
• Perform other responsibilities and duties periodically assigned by supervisor in order to meet financial reporting requirements and/or other projects.
