Responsible for preparing all reporting and analysis and distributing to stakeholders, and the compliance with professional standards, AIA group reporting policy and statutory and regulatory requirements

• Assist supervisor to ensure that all reporting and analysis services including month end, quarter end, half year end and year end reporting in relation to management reporting and IFRS reporting are provided on a timely basis without compromising the work quality and comply with AIA accounting procedures and applicable accounting requirements.
• Assist supervisor in preparing the calculations and postings of delta ledger to derive the Adjusted Net Worth and Economic Balance Sheet position.
• Support AIA Group of Companies – Local Finance Team on relevant matters relating to financial statements including financial audit and regulatory reporting, by providing timely and satisfactory response on all queries.
• Involve in enhancements and improvements for the current systems and processes to meet the challenges and needs of stakeholders in relation to management reporting, IFRS templates and analysis, regulatory reporting and analysis, financial statements and related areas.
• Engage and manage projects for any development, design, and implementation of new processes, controls, and functionality changes to existing systems in relation to management reports, IFRS templates, local regulatory reports and financial statements to improve current processes, controls and overall effectiveness of the team.
• Responsible to ensure the development and update of Control Checklist and Training Materials as and when new enhancements are identified, implemented and communicated.
• Perform other responsibilities and duties periodically assigned by supervisor in order to meet financial reporting requirements and/or other projects.
