Accountable for the provision of reporting and analysis to AIA Group in accordance to accounting policies, standard and guidelines.

• Prepare AIA Group IFRS templates and analysis on quarterly basis ensuring timely and quality deliverables to Group Finance for consolidation purpose.
• Support Group Finance on relevant matter to IFRS templates and analysis by providing timely and satisfactory response on all queries.
• Support Local Business Unit (Finance team) on relevant financial reporting matters including IFRS templates by providing timely and satisfactory response on all queries to enable business decisions.
• Prepare and support Local Finance Business Unit on Financial Statement including financial audit ensuring all relevant matters/queries are timely and satisfactory response.
• Engage and manage projects for any development, design, and implementation of new processes, control, and functionality changes to existing systems in relation to IFRS templates, management report, delta ledgers posting, local regulatory reports and financial statements.
• Responsible to ensure the team update Business Process Manuals (BPM) and Training Materials (TM) as and when new enhancement identified, implemented and communicated, and at least on annual basis.
• Perform other responsibilities and duties periodically assigned by supervisor in order to meet financial reporting requirements and/or other projects.
