Responsible to ensure all required management reporting and analysis are provided to Group Office and local business units timely and accurately.
Provide support to local business unit on management reporting process and ensure comply with Group’s reporting procedures requirements.

• Responsible to ensure all required management reporting and analysis are provided to local business units timely, accurately and in accordance with the Group’s reporting procedures. 

• Support local business units in the management reporting process and perform timely analytical review on the management reports.

• Ensure information complies with Group standards for both financial and management reporting.

• Support local business unit on management reporting related initiatives and coordinate with various departments in Group Office (if required) on rolling out of the initiatives.

• Responsible to update Training Materials (TM) as and when new enhancement identified, implemented and communicated.

• Performs other responsibilities and duties periodically assigned by supervisor in order to meet management reporting and/or other requirements.

Job Requirements :

Education:

• University Degree in Accountancy

• Pursuing Internationally Recognized Accounting Qualification (ACCA, etc) is an added advantage

Experience:

• 3 + Years financial reporting and analysis, and investment accounting experience in a multi-national Financial Institution, and/or accounting and auditing experiences in a big-size accounting firm

• Experience in a shared services or similar environment providing financial reporting and analysis services to external/internal stakeholders

Specific Business Knowledge:

• Knowledge of accounting standards and principles

• Knowledge in the preparation of management and financial reports and analysis

• Knowledge in Microsoft Excel, Power Point and Word.

• Knowledge of how the SAP Accounting System and Business Intelligence System work and designed, and familiar with using the systems.
