Attending to incidents & change requests from simple to moderate complexity.

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Managing production incidents request and meet the service level agreement.
• Managing production change request and deliver as per agreed timeline.
• Have experience in preparing documentation e.g. functional specification, unit test script, user acceptance test script etc.
• Implement changes as per agreed timeline
• Solution Manager usage as per change management policy processes
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision
• Working closely with lead specialist, functional manager & technical team

Minimum Job Requirements:

Education

• University / College graduate in IT or other relevant discipline

Experience

• 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in regional solution/system support with SAP focus across the ASPAC region

Special skills

• Understanding of Treasury and Risk Management module in the areas of Transaction manager
• FAM/Treasury background and knowledge to manage communication with large Investment Operation user base
• Good communication & presentation skills
• Good problem solving and analytical skills
• A strong team player with positive attitude
• Have additional language skill in addition to English and Malay such as Korean, Thai, Mandarin or Cantonese are an added advantage.
