1. Process Pre-authorization request and medical claims for both Individual Life and Corporate Solution business within the required benchmarks
2. Demonstrate excellent customer service through highly engaged culture.

Job Descriptions:

• Process Pre-authorization requests and medical claims received as per stipulated requirements

• Ensure meeting quality, turnaround time and productivity benchmark

• Handle enquiry from Claims Team, Call Centre and emails from customers or hospitals

• Review hospital bills and communicate with panel administrators or medical provider for incorrect billing

• Perform other responsibilities and duties periodically assigned by immediate manager in order to meet business requirements

• Prepare reports on team performance

  Review claims that exceed other assessor /trainee authority limit

Requirements:

• University or college graduate holding appropriate professional qualification, preferably from Bioscience / Medical / Nursing or equivalent
• At least 3-5 years claims experience in handling medical claims or letter of guarantee for Individual Life or Group claims
• Working experience in medical claims for Individual Life or Group claims
• Candidate with working experience in hospitals liaising with Insurance Company on letter of guarantee are encouraged to apply
• Good communications and presentation skills
• Self-motivated and customer orientated
• Sound problem solving
• Time management skills
• Computer literate in MS Office
• Preference for proficiency in both spoken and written Chinese and English, with strong written skills.
