Description:
Responsibility of supporting and continually improving scalable processes,
programs, tooling and performance management analytics across the NA
Lenovo.com organization. You are responsible for ensuring these processes,
programs, systems and tooling scale elegantly and effectively, unlocking our
ability to support customer growth and satisfaction for our current products
as well as ensure the NA Lenovo.com is ready to support new and enhanced
products ever more efficiently and cost effectively. You are self-motivated,
have strong project and program management, communication and interpersonal
skills, with the ability to work independently and professionally at all
levels. You are highly collaborative, a trusted partner to the other NA
Lenovo.com business leaders as well as NA Geo Teams and WW eCommerce Team, and
excel in a fast-moving environment to meet business deadlines.
Marketplace Responsibilities:
• Manage E2E Marketplace activities: Product enablement, Promotions, Inventory
management, and order management.
• Manage all NA Marketplace sites for product integrity, volumes, pricing and
QA issues
• Attends/leads Marketplace weekly operations, marketing and sales calls
• Established Marketplace inventory, images and product feeds to Channel
Advisor for all new and existing Marketplaces
• Work with IT, sales, marketing & 4P team to meet business targets and
deliver the expected results
• Manage and coordinate Marketplace Customer Service issues and resolutions
• Oversee Marketplace financial reconciliations (aligns with NA finance and
accounting)
• Work with IT and Operations to onboard new marketplace partners
• Provides leadership and direction to the AEGIS support team for Marketplaces
• Developed process documentation related to day to day functioning of our NA
Marketplaces
Lenovo Outlet:
• Manage Lenovo Outlet.com: New product upload, Inventory management, pricing
and promotions
• Work with IT to build new functionality to improve Lenovo.com experience
• Resolve any issues with outlet site with various team and insure stable
outlet.com performance
• Work with inventory management with various distribution center and GSC team
• Attends/leads weekly operations and sales calls
• Provides leadership and direction to the AEGIS support team for Outlet
• Maintain a weekly project dashboard for operations meeting
• Developed process documentation related to day to day functioning of our
Lenovo Outlet.com
Lenovo Product Feed:
• Manage and maintain product data feed for NA (different supply feeds to
different partners based on their requirements)
• Working with NA Marketplace Team to position product for sale as well as
operational support and execution.
• Work with IT teams to build new product feeds for partners as need per their
requirements
• Maintain a weekly project dashboard for operations meeting
• Developed process documentation related to day to day functioning of Lenovo
product feeds
• Attends/leads weekly operations calls

Associates Degree
