Job Description
-Employee training program development & implementation;
-Develop training plan and budget, tracking training status and evaluate training effectiveness;
-Expand training channels, evaluate external training resources, have experience in E-learning;
-Continuously improvement for training system, process and project;
-Independently develop training courses according to requirement;
-Manage training activities, such as training invitation, training record collection, feedback collection, training activities sharing;
-Complete other tasks assigned by training manager;
Qualifications
- 5 years experiences for employee training & development
- Bachelor's degree or above
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Products (Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, & Adobe)
