Eaton’s Eletrical division is currently seeking a Specification Engineer to join our team. This position is based in Vallejo The Specification Engineer is responsible for the specification of Eaton CDRS products with the end users, constructors, architectural and engineering firms. Main Responsabilities: Leads the internal and external technical area Provide technical trainings to internal and external customers to ensure the knowledge of our produc Develop the specification according to Eaton’s national strategy.Develop and generate the strategy to introduce our brand in new markets and identify new business opportunities. Ensure CDRS Division participation in projects at the different markets. Coordinate the relation between commercial, technical and marketing departments to maintain a good labor environment. This specific function can be modified according to Division development needs. Search of opportunities of new projects. Developed Strategies and Synergies with other Division to increase the specification in the market specification of control system. Strong knowledge on influence area. Strong Knowledge on end user, distributor, firms, designer, Ability to work with different teams Pro launch knowledge Strong problem solving and Project Management skills Effective communication skills at all levels inside and outside of the organization.
